Issue/Rationale

State Board of Education Administrative Rules 6A-1.0692 requires that Superintendent, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Board Member be bonded.

It is a legal requirement that bonds be obtained on the above positions.

Financial Impact
These bonds are budgeted for in the original budget. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact.
